ROOX is a company that has been working since 2001 for the legal sector, being today a market leader in this segment. The effort of ROOX and its collaborators is thus directed towards the answers that information systems can give to the challenges faced by the sector, being necessary for that a permanent observation of the national and international market contexts. During the months of April and May 2021, a survey was carried out among 10,000 Portuguese lawyers from mainland Portugal and the islands, in the context of the academic work developed by a ROOX collaborator under the theme "Adoption of technologies by lawyers in Portugal", which provides information never before perceived in the Portuguese context.
